After holding several transformation leadership positions at A.P. Møller–Maersk, she founded Transformation Partners ApS in 2019.
Today, Julie works as a senior advisor and freelance consultant specializing in Project, Program, and Change management, helping organizations successfully drive transformation from within.
Ida has 9 years of experience working with project- and change initiatives; bringing experience from large scale organisations, including A.P. Møller-Maersk, as well as in scale‑up environments.
Ida joined Transformation Partners in 2026 as a Senior Change- and Project manager, bringing strong experience in anchoring change with people, not just processes; taking a hands‑on approach to change and project management, using data to understand behaviour and drive changes that actually stick.
